Dentist today.
One cavity, upper, right, back.
I hate the dentist. I guess most people do. You are sitting there with your mouth wide open, jaw feeling as if it is about to lock into a very uncomfortable position, and gagging.
Well, at least that is me. Lying back, mouth open, And my mouth is not wide, so the dentist can never get in very well. And all that pressure builds up and I feel as if I'm going to gag and I have to swallow.
I hate the dentist.
And I don't really know what to do about it. I try and do my best to relax, but the thought.
I'm choking now.
Really, nothing for anyone else to do. Except maybe write in your journals about your dental experiences.
Or maybe tell me about how you conquer the dental blues? Because I would love to have some suggestions, and you people are great at that!
So...there it is, my big journal entry for the day.
I hate dentists.
