Telling you right now,  Mr. Rogers was right; you are special, you are wonderful. There is a reason you are here in the world, a unique gift that you have to give and it is time to crow.

And today's journaling prompt is to d that. Crow. Tell yourself about your gifts.

What are you good at?

What have you done for others lately?

What is an accomplishment you are proud of?

Try to come up with a list of at least five items, but just don't list the five, go into it a bit more. Describe in detail what you bring the world.

Easy right? Maybe not. It can be hard to praise ourselves, especially if we are use to doing the opposite. So give some thought. Take a deep breath and think.
